Willenhall

An ideal location…

You may already know the area, but even locals are sometimes surprised by things they learn about Willenhall.
The centre of town, for instance, is now a conservation area.
Centred around the historic clock tower, the Market Place is still home to a thriving market every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. On the subject of shopping, whilst Willenhall itself has a good selection of supermarkets and local shops, Wolverhampton and Walsall are both only about four miles away and offer a wide range of shopping and leisure facilities.
Commuting couldn’t be easier, with the Black Country Route and the M6 both within easy reach.

An excellent education…
If you are coming to Church View with children or to start a family the choice of local schools will be just as important as the shopping opportunities.
So you’ll be reassured to know that the development is within walking distance of both Fibbersley Park Primary School and Barcroft Primary School. Both are almost brand new with the former rated as “Excellent” by Ofsted and the latter close behind with a rating of “Good”.

All work and no play…
Another feature of the area which is easily taken for granted by those in the know is the wealth of local parkland.
Willenhall Memorial Park and the neighbouring Fibbersley Nature Reserve offer over 80 acres of parkland, woodland and wetland in which to relax or play. For those who prefer the bright lights, the cinema and leisure facilities at Junction 10 of the M6 are less than two miles away, or just a little further down the motorway, with its star-filled theatres and comedy clubs, stylish bars and hottest nightspots, Birmingham is the place to party.
